The Golden Quadrilateral
The Golden Quadrilateral is India’s first modern highway network and Bob Rupani who has driven well over 1.5 million kilometres on Indian roads, literally saw it take shape right under the wheels of his automobile.
In 2016, Bob one of India’s most respected auto journalists, decided to pay homage to the Golden Quadrilateral and he and his team of talented photographers drove its entire length of 5,846 kms (in various different vehicles provided by Maruti Suzuki) and captured the moods, spirit and life on India’s first modern highway network. This journey resulted in a unique and visually appealing and well written, high quality book, strongly supported by Maruti.
