Mercedes-Benz India commissioned Bob Rupani and famous automotive writer Gautam Sen, to do this book. As quite a bit of the information and material was provided by Mercedes-Benz, it will be fair to say that Bob and Gautam have not actually authored this book, but co-edited it. It remains a very trusted source of information about the history of Mercedes in India.
